Lulu Shipping Problems and Tips
Tips for buying on Lulu.com. Lulu has apparently increased its shipping charges significantly. We are
investigating for alternative printing/shipping options. Sorry is this affects you. If you live in continenal Europe or UK,
you should set your currencty to Euros or Pounds and the book will be printed in and shipped from Spain, which will be faster and cheaper.
Notice also that Lulu standard shipping has been "raised", so there are now cheaper options.
If we buy the books and ship them, we won't be able to beat those prices anyway... but we are workign on other solutions.
If shipping is too expensive for you at this time, check back this page in a few weeks. And if you have suggestions, let us know.

Source Code and Demo Videos
The source code download is avaialable on the Code Central site of CodeGear. You need a valid login to downlaod, if I'm not wrong.
I'll soon make the source code available in HTML format, for online browsing. Notice that you can also
look at the example in a series of YouTube videos, hoted at the Delphi 2009 Handbook Videos page. There are two versions:
The book includes 90 example. Please let me know if there are missing files (compared to the book description) or any other problem.
I've compiled and tested on Delphi 2009 Update 1.
Known issues: Some of the database demos have hardcoded database
file paths (to the shared data fodler installed by Delphi) or need a dbExpress configuration.
Use the download files according to the source code licence below.
Again, as an alternative to running the programs you can see them running in a set of videos hosted at the
Delphi 2009 Handbook Videos page.
